Costa turns 6

It was a great 6th birthday for our Costa!
It started early in the morning, with a new bike and some fun gifts to open!
Daddy had to work super early and all day til late so he wanted to at least be able to
watch Co open his presents.
Very excited about his new bike, spiderman web spray glove and a new
batman costume.
Halle was super cute and helped bake the cake the night
before with me and Grandma Gloria.
She wanted everything set out and ready, special for
her brother to see first thing in the morning.  She's such a great big sis.

 Cheers!

Costa wanted to go to Sunsplash on his special day.
It worked out that Uncle Artie, Kacie and the kids all were
able to come with us!  The girls were visiting from Mexico, so we took them
also.  Cousins Tony and Tyler were visiting Uncle Bob so we brought them
along for the fun too!  Crew went to Aunt Les' house for the day....gave mommy
a little break and a super fun day with Halle and Co!  I don't get this time
with them very often so it was pretty special.

This is the only picture I got at the waterpark!

Grandma and Papa were so amazing and had chicken and mole
dinner waiting for us after the waterpark.  We were starving and so tired!
It worked out perfectly.  Everybody went back to their house, we ate and sang
Happy Birthday.  Later that night, Grandma Dottie and Dave came by to say
Happy Birthday to Co...(kinda slacking in the picture taking department...)
Aside from really missing daddy for all the fun at Sunsplash, I think he
had a pretty fun, exciting day!

The fun continued the next day, at Grandpa Tom and Grandma Terry's house.
They had a barbeque for Costa and got him a cake also.  It's so nice to be home
and be able to see everybody all the time.  We are loving it!

Costa is growing up before our eyes. Our precious boy.   What a gentle, loving
soul he is.  I would definitely call him our "old soul." Wise beyond
his years and so smart.  Something special about this kid.
Such a big boy now.  Following his dad around....wanting
to be just like him.  Helping him do "Big boy" chores.  Still a sports lover...can't wait to play flag football pretty soon.   So independent.....curious.
Wants to do things himself now, without any help.
Such a positive little guy....always trying to cheer up his big sis
when she has a "frowny face...;) Plays so good with his baby bro...
Rough housing with him one minute, kissing him and telling him how much he loves
him the next.  Such a sweetheart.   You can't help but love this guy....he kinda
melts you;)  We are having so much fun watching him grow up, he brings so much joy to our family....now, if time could just
go a little slower.
