Grandparents Day

Today was Grandparents day at school.  It's always a fun day!  Beautiful mass then coffee, hot chocolate and DONUTS!  Oh, and can't forget they are super smart and have the book fair so kids can hit up grandparents to buy books;) We missed Grandma and Papa Contreras and Grandpa Tom and GG and Poppie!  Thanks Grandma Dottie and Grandma Terry for coming and sharing in this special day!

Her very first concert...Selena

Well, the day finally came!  The Selena Gomez concert!  I won tickets from the radio station by being the 10th caller back in May and we have been waiting for this night for a long time!  We got lucky and got to have Justy and Libby join us.  They bought tickets so they could go to!  We were so excited to share this special day with them.  We went to Hard Rock Cafe before and the girls were super excited to get to sit up at the bar and order their drinks and food all by themselves.  So cute. 

I feel so blessed to be this girls mom!  Thank you LORD for sending me this angel to enjoy!  It was pretty cute, I'll never forget this.....when we were getting ready for the concert Halle said..."Mom, all is want to be is a Saint...that's my wish...even more than going to the Selena concert..."  Praise the Lord for answering my prayers for him to be number one in my kids lives ....I guess he does listen! My sweet angel.  Love her to pieces. 

It was a pretty unforgettable night.  We LOVE Selena!
