Last week Erik and I got to work and started getting things organized for the big move! Can't believe we're about 2 1/2 weeks out. Crazy another year done. We bought plane tickets for all of us, so looks like we can only take back what will fit in the car! That means we have a LOT to get rid of and don't want to be doing it all last minute. I'm so proud of us for starting early! We can be pretty big procrastinators when it comes to this stuff, well me anyways. Ugh. I really hope we find a place that we're happy with in AZ that we can stay put for AT LEAST 3 years. I'm over moving.
We had planned on having a Tag sale last Sunday (yes, that's what they call them out here) but we decided after Costa's game on Saturday to go ahead and see what we could get rid of. We really weren't organized at all, but Erik headed out and put up signs all over while I tried to put everything out and organize it somewhat. Well, to our surprise it was a good turn out! We actually did really good. We sold our bed and quite a few other things. And the girl we sold our bed to is going to let us keep it here until we move out....nice. We were excited;) It feels so good to make a little money and instead of just throwing things out! We were even happier we went ahead and started Saturday, because Sunday wasn't as great as we thought it would be.
Costa did awesome at his game Saturday morning! He's such a cutie;) He takes the game so seriously.....He had a couple good hits and played first base.
We had Lily over on Saturday hanging out and doing the sale with us. Halle's trying to get in as much Lily time as possible! We're really gonna miss her!
