Costa was TOO funny this year about the christmas tree and the lights on the house at Grandma and Papa Contreras' house. He was my little christmas LOVER this year! Every night when it started to get dark he would remind his Papa that they needed to go outside and turn on the lights! And every day he'd say to his Papa....."Papa.....WHEN are we going to get a christmas tree? We NEED a christmas tree" And his papa would tell him...."Mijo, you're right we DO need to get a christmas tree...you're right!" We will get one when Kaitlyn and Reece get here and they can help us decorate it too!" So the night Kaitlyn and Reece arrived from North Carolina....Papa had the tree UP and READY for the kiddos to decorate! What a great Papa. Costa and Halle were patiently waiting for their cousins to arrive......and let me tell you the EXCITEMENT they had when they walked through that front door!!!!!!!! It's so cute to see them hug each other and how excited they are to see each other~I love it.....brings back so many great cousin memories I had as a kid.
The kids did a great job decorating the tree! It was beginning to look a lot like christmas and smelling like it too! There's just quite nothing like a REAL christmas tree to get you in the SPIRIT!
