Fresh fish anyone?

Tuesday night we had a few friends over to cook up some fresh fish they had caught at the beach the previous weekend. Of course the weekend we don't go with them, they end up catching 4 HUGE dorados with in an HOUR.......there was SO much fish!!!!!!! Marguerite made some yummy puerto rican plantains to go with the fish, they were delicious! Marguerite and Adam made a chili rub for the fish they made and Erik also made a different rub, both were so good~ Chris also brought a ceviche he had made from the fish, that was pretty tasty~It's SO fun to try to new things and watch how they're made:) Thanks guys for coming over and sharing your fish with us!
